Welcome

Picture
Will Power for Veterans is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to raise awareness and support for soldiers and veterans of war. Dedicated with love to Sergeant William Davidson who lost his will power due to emotional wounds endured in Afghanistan.

Will Power for Veterans is aligned with assorted non profit groups and affiliated organizations for the common good and service to our veterans and first responders who deserve our care and contributions.
About Us

In Memory Of

My son, Sergeant William Davidson who lost his will power to go on due to the emotional wounds endured from serving in Afghanistan.
22 A DAy is Not Ok

Our Mission

Dedicated to our veterans who sacrificed their own freedom for ours. They defend and protect our country and then they are left to figure out how to cope and manage their pain alone within a broken system.
Statistics
Those diagnosed with PTSD become labeled with a disorder within the military and society as if they are damaged goods. Let's rally together to force needed changes to better care for our men and women serving our country. Because losing 22 a day, is NOT okay!

Our Vision

How can I best honor my son? To build a retreat center, a vacation home to use for the purpose of bonding and healing. Dedicated to our veterans and first responders as a way to give back.

Donna is a wonderful example of a lady that has taken the most tragic event that could happen in a mother’s life to begin to empower a community.

We do things out of our heart and our soul as a coping mechanism. We turn a negative into a positive. Donna has taken that negative and she is driving that train full throttle.

Our VFW post got behind her through some local people that we know. We’ve got her back and we are going to make sure that we stay with it and help her out. We are going to get this facility built and then we are going to man it with people.

I ask the Town of Suffield, ‘what can we do to change this unacceptable situation?’ Mother Theresa tells us, ‘Never worry about numbers. Help one person at a time, and always start with the person nearest you.’ And so our work starts in Suffield, in memory of Will, and under the guidance of HIS devoted mother, Donna.
